Soames Real Estate is one of Sydney's most established real estate agencies, serving the Upper North Shore since 1969. Their reputation is built on decades of local market expertise and premium service. They needed a digital platform that reflected this heritage while providing modern property search functionality.

Their existing website was outdated, with poor property search and no integration with the MLS listings database. Potential buyers and sellers expected to browse listings, view detailed property information, and connect with agents seamlessly — capabilities their current site couldn't deliver.

The agency was losing potential leads to competitors with more modern digital presences. Buyers were abandoning the site due to the inability to search by suburb, filter by property type, or view listings on a map.

We built a premium WordPress platform with deep IDX integration that brings real-time property listings directly into the website. The custom theme captures Soames' established brand identity with a sophisticated design that appeals to the premium property market.

The property search engine features advanced filtering by suburb, price range, bedrooms, property type, and more, with interactive Google Maps integration showing exact property locations. Each property page features high-resolution image galleries, floor plans, virtual tours, and agent contact forms.

We also built a vendor portal for property owners to track their listing performance, view enquiry statistics, and monitor market activity for their property.
