Arctel, an Australian telecom provider, needed a modern web platform that could serve both as a corporate website and an online sales channel for their telecommunications products and services. Their existing site was outdated, difficult to manage, and lacked the e-commerce capabilities needed to sell plans, hardware, and accessories online.

They also needed a custom plan comparison tool and a dealer portal for their B2B network. The marketing team struggled with content updates, often waiting days for simple changes to be implemented by external developers. This bottleneck was slowing their go-to-market strategy.

Additionally, their dealer partners had no self-service tools, resulting in high support overhead and slow onboarding of new B2B relationships. Arctel needed a solution that would empower both their internal team and their partner network.

We developed a comprehensive WordPress solution powered by WooCommerce, customized extensively for the telecom industry. The platform features a bespoke plan comparison engine, an intuitive product catalog for hardware and accessories, and a secure dealer portal for B2B partners.

Custom plugins handle plan configuration, coverage checking, and service activation workflows. The plan comparison tool allows customers to compare up to four plans side by side, with dynamic filtering by data allowance, call inclusions, and contract length.

The dealer portal provides B2B partners with dedicated login access, custom pricing tiers, bulk ordering capabilities, and real-time commission tracking. This self-service approach dramatically reduced Arctel's support burden while improving partner satisfaction and engagement.
